Nobody tracks attendance. People who play together stay in the party list; people who don't, drift. That's the whole system.
Share the loot
Drops from group runs go to the guild stash and are split between the members who were in the run. Mirror-tier crafts are a guild effort and are treated like one.
No drama
No ranks means no politics. Disagree in voice, settle it, run the next map.
